Product Description
Headlamp Assembly - Right Side
There are several types of headlights, each offering unique features. Halogen headlights are the most common, offering a cost-effective solution with decent illumination. In contrast, LED headlights are known for their energy efficiency, superior brightness, and longer lifespan. LED headlights provide better visibility and consume less power than halogen headlights. Halogen bulbs, the most common type, offer a warm, yellowish light and are relatively easy to replace. However, HID (High-Intensity Discharge) or LED headlight bulbs provide better visibility and longevity, with LED bulbs also offering excellent energy efficiency. Regular inspections are also important to detect any signs of wear or damage early. Indicators that your headlights may need replacement include foggy or yellowed lenses, cracks, or water condensation inside the housing. If these signs are present, it's time for a headlight replacement. Replacing headlights can vary by vehicle, so refer to your owner's manual for specific instructions. Here are general steps to guide you through the headlight replacement process: Locate the headlight assembly under the hood. Unplug the electrical connector from the bulb. Remove the retaining clip or screws that secure the headlight bulb. Discard the old headlight bulb carefully. Insert the new bulb into the socket without touching the glass. Secure the bulb with the retaining clip or screws. Reconnect the electrical connector. Test the new headlight to ensure it functions correctly.
