    Product Description

    Aftermarket Abs Sensor - Right Side When the brakes are applied, sensors at each wheel detect the tires' rotational speed. If the system senses that one or more wheels are about to lock up, it sends signals to the ABS control module. The ABS control module then determines the appropriate braking pressure for each wheel and communicates this to the hydraulic control unit. The hydraulic control unit modulates brake pressure for each wheel individually by rapidly applying and releasing the brakes. This rapid modulation prevents wheel lock-up and allows the driver to maintain steering control.
